The Concierge position at Jet Linx serves as the onsite base representative responsible for ensuring a smooth and seamless flight experience for clients from the initial booking through to post-flight follow-up and invoicing. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, a client-centric attitude, and strong organizational skills to deliver timely and accurate information while upholding the renowned Jet Linx Service Standards. The concierge acts as a direct liaison with clients, greeting arrivals and departures, managing active trips, and proactively coordinating with flight operations to anticipate and resolve any issues that may arise. This position demands flexibility, including the ability to work non-standard hours, such as nights, weekends, and holidays, to meet client expectations effectively. With an annual base salary ranging from $53,000 to $74,000, dependent upon location, experience, and education, this role offers a competitive remuneration package complemented by health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with a 6% company match, paid time off, and company-paid life and short-term disability coverage. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or two or more years of experience in an aviation service role
  • Two years of professional customer service experience
  • Ability to work flexible, non-standard hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to obtain a U.S. driver’s license
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the US
  • Ability to complete physical activities such as standing, sitting, walking, talking, and hearing to perform daily work functions
  • Must be able to move up to 25 pounds on an infrequent basis

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or two or more years of experience in an aviation service role
  • Two years of professional customer service experience required
  • Aviation industry experience or interest preferred
  • Ability to understand and tailor all actions in accordance with defined Jet Linx service standards
  • Ability to apply critical thinking to solving urgent matters and creatively addressing issues
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with clients
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Self-motivated with willingness to take initiative
  • Ability to multi-task and complete work within assigned timelines under minimal supervision
  • Ability to be flexible and adapt to frequent changes in procedures, directions, and expectations
  • Operate office equipment as needed

Job Duties

  • Represent the client relationship by greeting all relevant arrivals and departures at the assigned base following Jet Linx Service Standards
  • Plan and manage active trips for clients following Jet Linx Service Standards
  • Manage, update, and maintain all client accounts, preferences, and expectations using company systems
  • Coordinate with Flight Operation Departments to ensure Service Standards are met or exceeded and identify any potential issues
  • Proactively communicate, document, and resolve complaints, escalating to management as necessary
  • Provide internal and external follow-up to resolve any service failures appropriately
  • Perform Concierge base duties as needed
  • Demonstrate Jet Linx’s core values and "Supply the High" in all interactions
  • Perform other duties as assigned
