Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Ability to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Provide the highest quality of service to the guest, anticipating and exceeding their expectations
- Assist guests with special requests including reservations, hotel information, and arranging transportation
- Develop thorough knowledge of hotel services, local area, and travel services
- Accurately answer guest questions and provide recommendations
- Resolve guest complaints or concerns
- Assist guests with food and beverage needs in the concierge lounge and maintain cleanliness
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships
- Maintain a neat and professional personal appearance
- Perform other duties as assigned
