Job Duties

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the door staff/front desk team
  • maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere at the building's entrance
  • ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently met or exceeded
  • handle resident inquiries, concerns and requests promptly and courteously
  • train and mentor door staff/front desk employees to uphold high service standards
  • conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
  • collaborate with management to develop and implement operational procedures
  • address any security or safety issues promptly and effectively
  • assist with scheduling and staffing to ensure adequate coverage
  • maintain accurate records of daily activities and incidents
