Job Requirements
- Previous experience in a supervisory role in a luxury residential setting preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
- knowledge of basic security protocols and emergency procedures
- familiarity with computer systems and basic office software
- reliable mode of personal transportation

Job Duties
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the door staff/front desk team
- maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere at the building's entrance
- ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently met or exceeded
- handle resident inquiries, concerns and requests promptly and courteously
- train and mentor door staff/front desk employees to uphold high service standards
- conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- collaborate with management to develop and implement operational procedures
- address any security or safety issues promptly and effectively
- assist with scheduling and staffing to ensure adequate coverage
- maintain accurate records of daily activities and incidents
