This role offers a competitive pay range of $16.50 to $18.00 per hour and presents an excellent opportunity to be part of a respected senior living community focused on compassionate and personalized service. With Ivy Park being a part of Oakmont Management Group, the Concierge also benefits from the company’s broad network, which offers significant opportunities for career advancement, relocation, and travel across its various communities. Eligible team members have access to a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, vacation and personal days, paid holidays, complimentary meals, bonus opportunities, company-paid life insurance, 401(k) savings plan with company match, and many other valuable programs. Oakmont Management Group prioritizes health and safety, so team members must comply with health screenings, background checks, and potentially COVID-19 related protocols to ensure a safe work environment.

Oakmont Management Group’s reputation as an employer of choice in senior living is rooted in its philosophy of valuing people and creating an atmosphere akin to family and community. The Concierge role at Ivy Park is ideal for candidates with excellent customer service skills who are passionate about enhancing seniors’ lives. The role requires proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, effective communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
