The Southwood is currently seeking a dedicated Concierge who will be instrumental in assisting residents and visitors, ensuring their experience within the community is seamless, enjoyable, and respectful. This role involves greeting residents and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor, providing concierge services such as arranging transportation, coordinating reservations, and helping with errands. The Concierge acts as the communication hub for the community by sharing updates about events and important announcements. Alongside customer service duties, the role includes administrative responsibilities like maintaining logs, scheduling appointments, and managing check-in and check-out processes. The Concierge also supports event coordination to keep the community engaged and handles problem resolution promptly to ensure satisfaction. Furthermore, this position requires a commitment to safety and security by monitoring guest access and maintaining a secure environment. - Previous customer service or concierge experience preferred
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Job Duties
- Greet residents, families, and visitors warmly, providing assistance with inquiries, directions, and requests to ensure a positive experience
- Offer a variety of concierge services, including arranging transportation, coordinating reservations, and helping residents with special requests or errands
- Serve as a central point of contact for residents and staff, communicating important information about community events, activities, and announcements
- Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring that all residents feel valued, heard, and well-supported in their needs and requests
- Perform light administrative duties such as maintaining logs, scheduling appointments, and assisting with resident or visitor check-in/check-out procedures
- Assist in the coordination of community events and activities, ensuring residents are informed and engaged
- Address any concerns or issues promptly and professionally, ensuring that problems are resolved quickly and to the satisfaction of residents and their families
- Assist with security procedures, including monitoring guest and visitor access, maintaining a safe environment, and reporting any concerns to management
