The Receptionist role at Remington Valley Ranch is pivotal to the community's operations, serving as the initial point of contact for residents, visitors, and callers. This position requires excellent communication skills, a welcoming demeanor, and the ability to multitask efficiently. Receptionists are responsible for answering telephones, directing calls appropriately, providing information about the community, and assisting visitors upon arrival. They also manage mail services, including sorting and forwarding incoming mail and coordinating express mail pickups and deliveries. This role demands a keen attention to detail and a commitment to exceptional customer service to support the community's mission of delivering outstanding care.

- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
- basic knowledge of office equipment
- ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Job Duties
- Answers telephone and directs the caller to the appropriate individual
- provides community information including address, directions, fax numbers, and website
- greets and directs visitors to the community
- receives, sorts, and forwards incoming mail
- coordinates pick-up and delivery of express mail services such as FedEx and UPS
- resolves customer questions and concerns
