The role of Concierge at The Sovereign at Regent Square is a full-time position that embodies the heart of hospitality and community engagement. Serving as the first welcoming face for residents entering their homes, the Concierge plays a crucial role in shaping the resident experience by providing exceptional customer service at all times. This position requires a highly motivated individual who is passionate about interacting with diverse people and dedicated to creating unique and memorable experiences for residents, prospects, and vendors alike. The Concierge is responsible for managing all front desk administrative tasks, handling incoming and outgoing communications via the switchboard, and maintaining a professional and friendly presence on-site.

The position operates on a scheduled shift basis, specifically from Tuesday to Saturday, 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with a requirement to work 2-3 weekends per month to accommodate prospective residents looking for their new homes. The starting hourly wage for this role is $18.99, with a total annual salary starting at $39,499, and the potential to earn up to $23.74 per hour, depending on experience, tenure, and location. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or property management preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work overnight shifts including weekends
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills
  • Reliable and professional appearance
  • Authorization to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in property management or hospitality is a plus

Job Duties

  • Perform all front desk tasks including administrative tasks

  • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced leasing and sales office
