Job Duties
- Greet customers immediately with a friendly and sincere welcome
- Provide accurate information about local attractions, outlet operation hours, car rentals, shuttle services, and meeting rooms
- Promptly answer telephone calls and take clear messages
- Retrieve and deliver mail, small packages, and facsimiles as requested
- Arrange and confirm recreation, business, and dining activities for guests
- Assist and serve guests in the Concierge Lounge, including food and beverage service
- Field and resolve guest complaints through thorough research and effective problem-solving
- Maintain composure and alertness during emergency situations and heavy hotel activity
- Plan and implement detailed service steps with experienced judgment and discretion
