Located at 16044 CR 165, Tyler, Texas, the Meadow Lake community is seeking to expand its dedicated Customer Service team with the addition of a Concierge. This role offers an hourly pay range between $12.72 and $17.49, making it a competitive opportunity for individuals passionate about hospitality and resident-focused service.

Job Duties
- Acknowledge and greet all residents and guests with utmost courtesy and urgency
- Be knowledgeable of local current attractions or events and offer recommendations and personal services
- Assist residents and visitors into and out of their vehicles
- Assist with loading and unloading vehicles
- Deliver packages and groceries to resident living areas
- Assist in direction of deliveries for residents and visitors to their destinations
- Schedule appointments and inform transportation team of any appointments made
- Schedule dining room reservations
