The Oak Hills Terrace Memory Care community in Tyler, Texas, is currently seeking a dedicated Concierge to join their team. This role is crucial to ensuring the smooth, efficient operation of the community, particularly during weekends and selected weekday evenings. The Concierge will be responsible for providing high-level customer service by welcoming visitors, answering incoming calls, and supporting the sales office in various capacities under the guidance of the Executive Director. More than just administrative assistance, this position demands a compassionate and attentive approach to customer service that aligns with the community’s core values and commitment to quality care.

This is a part-time opportunity, requiring availability on Saturdays and Sundays from 8am to 5pm, with potential additional hours Tuesday through Thursday evenings. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal skills, a professional appearance, and an ability to engage positively with residents, families, staff, and visitors. Responsibilities also include maintaining a clean, presentable office environment, assisting with company social media efforts, managing special projects, and acting as a point of contact to address questions and concerns, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere that supports the overall mission of Frontier Senior Living.

Job Duties

  • Provide high-level customer service for greeting and supporting all visitors and clients
