As a Concierge at Windsor Cirrus in Seattle, WA, you will be the first warm and friendly face that residents see when they enter their home. The Concierge acts as a key ambassador for the community, providing outstanding service to residents, prospective tenants, and vendors alike. This role involves a broad range of responsibilities including administrative tasks, managing communication via a front desk switchboard, and supporting various functions to ensure smooth day-to-day operations within the leasing and sales office. Prospective and current residents will rely on the Concierge for helpful information and assistance that enhances their living experience. The scheduled shifts are Tuesday through Saturday, from 3:30 PM to midnight, including working two to three weekends monthly when prospective residents are actively searching for a new home.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in property management or hospitality preferred
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to work weekends, including 2-3 weekends per month

  • Capable of multitasking and shifting priorities rapidly

  • Work weekends to be available when prospective residents are out looking for their new home
  • Manage multiple tasks and shift priorities quickly in a fast-paced office environment
  • Maintain a customer-focused mentality
  • Assist with resident and prospect inquiries promptly
