Job Duties
- Schedule Concierge team
- Communicate effectively with residents and visitors
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor
- Welcome residents and visitors with excellent customer service
- Handle questions about building and amenities
- Address resident complaints and requests
- Oversee safe-keeping of the building's keys
- Issue keys only to authorized personnel
- Report faults or damage to fixtures
- Liaise with maintenance team
- Facilitate customer service from Concierge team to residents
- Manage package handling and vendor sign-in
- Coordinate elevator and amenity scheduling
- Disseminate information and ensure shift transitions
- Train new Concierge team members
- Assist in developing customer service measures
- Attend and support resident events
