The Concierge position at Integral Senior Living is an essential role within the community team, designed for individuals who enjoy engaging with people and providing excellent customer service. The Concierge acts as the welcoming face of the community, greeting residents, guests, and employees warmly while managing communication channels such as telephone and in-person inquiries. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can multitask effectively by handling appointment scheduling, message management, and various administrative duties that keep the community operating smoothly.
In this position, the Concierge is responsible for answering phone calls, directing inquiries, preparing meal tickets, updating resident information, and maintaining a neat and organized front entrance area. The role also involves coordinating appointments for residents and family members for services like transportation or haircuts. Furthermore, the Concierge supports marketing efforts by collating brochures and assisting with resident forms related to credits and other necessities.

- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
- one to three years customer service experience and/or training

Job Duties
- Carries out telephone answering and reception duties as required
- takes complete messages with pertinent information and communicates messages to the intended recipient
- greets residents and visitors
- answers inquiries and gives directions
- collates brochures for the marketing department
- prepares meal tickets for team members and family members, tallies meal count sheets for the dining staff
- updates the resident phone list and roster and move-in and move-out register daily
- manages appointments for residents and family members such as hairdresser and transportation
- maintains and keeps desk and entry area neat and organized
- organizes and distributes mail to residents, executive director and department coordinators
- maintains resident forms for miscellaneous credits
- maintains adherence to all company personnel policies and established operating policies and procedures
- other duties as assigned
