Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in customer service or administrative role preferred
- ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- proficiency in computer skills including data entry
- capacity to assist with recruitment activities
- ability to maintain a welcoming and pleasant environment
- pass a drug test excluding marijuana
- pass Tuberculosis test
- pass physical evaluation
- pass background check where required
- comply with Covid-19 and Influenza vaccination mandates if applicable
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- proficiency with computer data entry
- ability to work collaboratively within a team
- strong organizational skills
Job Duties
- greet potential residents, families, and visitors
- manage external and internal calls and take messages
- provide community information to inquiries
- support the Director of Sales and Executive Director
- assist in the community recruitment process
- perform computer data entry and general administrative duties
- monitor the Bistro area for refreshments, cleanliness, and music
