The Concierge role at Sunrise Senior Living is pivotal as the first point of contact, setting the tone for the community experience. The Concierge is responsible for greeting potential residents, their families, and visitors, ensuring a warm and professional welcome that reflects the hospitable culture of Sunrise. This position involves managing both external and internal communications through phone calls and messages, providing timely and accurate information about the community to inquiries, and supporting the sales and executive leadership teams. The Concierge also assists with the recruitment process alongside the Business Office Coordinator and HR Designee, performs data entry, and takes on various administrative tasks vital to the smooth operation of the community.

Additionally, the Concierge helps maintain the Bistro area, ensuring it remains a pleasant and inviting space by monitoring refreshments, cleanliness, and music. Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in customer service or administrative role preferred
  • ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  • proficiency in computer skills including data entry
  • capacity to assist with recruitment activities
  • ability to maintain a welcoming and pleasant environment
  • pass a drug test excluding marijuana
  • pass Tuberculosis test
  • pass physical evaluation
  • pass background check where required
  • comply with Covid-19 and Influenza vaccination mandates if applicable

Job Duties
