The Receptionist role at ABM plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of front-office services and maintaining a professional and welcoming environment for visitors and staff alike. The receptionist is responsible for continuous coverage of the reception area, greeting visitors warmly, and supporting daily administrative operations utilizing Microsoft Office applications. This position requires a high level of professionalism as the receptionist often represents the organization to leadership and high-profile visitors.
