The role available is for a Receptionist who will serve as a vital point of contact for The Waterford at Ironbridge community. This position is instrumental in maintaining the smooth and effective communication between residents, visitors, staff, and external contacts. Job Requirements

- previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred

Job Duties
- Answers telephone and directs the caller to the appropriate individual
- provides information such as community address, directions, fax numbers, and company website
- greets and directs visitors to the community
- receives, sorts, and forwards incoming mail
- coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services such as FedEx and UPS
- resolves customer questions and concerns
