Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in hospitality or customer service preferred

Job Duties
- Greet members and guests warmly, ensuring a personalized and welcoming arrival experience
- confirm and seat reservations, present menus, and answer general questions about the club and its offerings
- enforce Guest Policy and Dress Code Policy with professionalism and discretion
- coordinate with other departments to fulfill member needs promptly and accurately
- answer and route incoming calls, schedule reservations, and relay messages to the appropriate manager
- maintain an organized, presentable front desk and lobby area
- assist with light administrative work as needed, including recordkeeping and event coordination
