This full-time position plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of front office tasks and acts as the first point of contact for visitors and callers to our community. The Receptionist Partner will be responsible for answering incoming phone calls promptly and directing them appropriately to various Executive Personnel within the organization. Additionally, this role involves warmly greeting and welcoming guests, providing clear directions and information related to the community, and managing incoming and outgoing mail. The position also includes coordinating express mail services such as FedEx and UPS, maintaining office supplies, and assisting with clerical functions including photocopying, faxing, filing, and message retrieval.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or team members of the organization
- demonstrate ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- have a basic level of a skill and can follow written or verbal instructions
- basic technical skills to complete a few repetitive and well-defined duties
- basic knowledge of the organization in order to answer basic questions

Job Duties
- Answers telephones and directs the caller to the appropriate EP
- transfers a caller to an EP's voice mailbox when the associate is unavailable
- greets and directs visitors to the company
- takes and retrieves messages for various EP's
- provides callers with information such as community address, directions to the community location, community fax numbers, company website, and other related information
- receives, sorts and forwards incoming mail
- maintains and routes publications
- coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
- assists in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies
- assists with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing and collating
- provides tours and collects initial inquiry information when needed
- performs other duties as assigned by supervisor
