The company leverages world-class services, cutting-edge advisory, and advanced technology to deliver exceptional value to its clients. JLL prides itself on attracting the best and most talented individuals, empowering them to grow meaningful careers while fostering a workplace where every employee feels a strong sense of belonging. The firm is dedicated to innovation, inclusion, and continuous learning, offering opportunities for personal and professional development across various sectors within the real estate industry, including commercial real estate, skilled trades, and technology.

This specific role is for a Retail Concierge at a multi-use property that features retail, dining, and office spaces. Operating on-site in Scottsdale, AZ, the Retail Concierge is pivotal in creating a luxurious and welcoming environment for guests visiting the center. The position is hourly paid with an estimated total compensation ranging from $17 to $19 per hour, and it requires flexibility to work rotating shifts including morning, mid, and evening hours.

Responsibilities include managing guest services such as dining reservations, entertainment bookings, event planning, and running errands when necessary. The position also involves developing marketing collateral like newsletters, signage, e-blasts, and social media posts to enhance engagement and support property-wide promotional initiatives.

Additionally, the Retail Concierge builds and maintains strong working relationships with various stakeholders, including building management, tenants, retailers, and local businesses. They actively research trends in shopping, dining, and guest experiences to continually innovate the services offered at the property. This role emphasizes communication skills, problem-solving, initiative, and teamwork, all while maintaining a polished professional appearance and a pleasant demeanor under pressure.

This opportunity at JLL represents a unique chance to be part of a dynamic, forward-thinking company that values diversity, professional growth, and personalized well-being. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision care, paid parental leave, paid time off, company holidays, a 401(k) plan with matching contributions, and access to earned wages through Daily Pay. JLL also prioritizes workplace wellness and provides a supportive culture that fosters mental, physical, and emotional health.

Candidates interested in this Retail Concierge position do not need to meet every qualification perfectly but are encouraged to apply to showcase their unique skills and experiences.
