Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in customer service or hospitality roles
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure
- proficiency with phone systems and administrative tasks
- flexibility to work various shifts
- willingness to contribute to a team environment

- manage deliveries and communications within the community
