Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • 1-3 years experience in health care, program administration, hospitality, or customer service industry
  • Ability to work specified shifts including day, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
  • Ability to perform essential functions including greeting, guiding, and assisting patients and visitors
  • Visual acuity adequate to perform duties
  • Ability to communicate effectively and hear, understand, and distinguish speech and other sounds
  • Willingness to maintain confidentiality and uphold workplace standards

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • 1-3 years experience in health care, program administration, hospitality, or customer service industry
  • Ability to communicate effectively with others

Job Duties

  • Greet patients, families, visitors, and other customer groups with visibility and professionalism
  • Serve as an information resource and navigator for patients, families, staff, and the community
  • Promote services within the facility and collaborate with departments to ensure information is current
  • Provide technology support by assisting with technology needs, room scheduling, equipment needs, room set-up, and tear down
  • Identify trends of inquiry and recommend service improvements and process changes
