At Lifespace Communities, the Customer Service team plays a vital role in delivering exceptional service that enhances the daily lives of residents and their guests. Currently, the company is looking to expand this team with the hiring of a Concierge for their Meadow Lake community, located at 16044 CR 165, Tyler, Texas 75703. This role offers an hourly pay range of $12.72 to $17.49, reflecting the importance of the position within the organization.

The Concierge role is integral to the overall resident experience, acting as the welcoming face and first point of contact for residents and visitors alike. The ideal candidate will acknowledge and greet all residents and guests with courtesy and a sense of urgency, ensuring everyone feels valued and attended to. A deep knowledge of local attractions and events is essential to provide helpful recommendations and personalized service that goes beyond expectations. The Concierge will assist residents and visitors with vehicle parking, loading and unloading, and deliver packages or groceries directly to resident living areas.

In addition to these duties, the Concierge will coordinate and provide direction for deliveries, schedule appointments, and keep the transportation team informed of appointment details, ensuring smooth logistics within the community. Managing dining room reservations is also part of the Concierge’s responsibilities, contributing to a seamless and enjoyable dining experience for residents.
