The Concierge role at Wynn Las Vegas is an essential position designed to uphold the prestigious Forbes 5-Star service standard by proactively anticipating and fulfilling the personalized needs of the resort's guests. Serving as the guests' primary point of contact, a Concierge provides tailored services such as restaurant reservations, concert and show tickets, transportation arrangements, shopping guidance, spa and salon appointments, golf bookings, as well as managing special amenity and courier requests. The Concierge is expected to exhibit a high code of ethics, always acting in the guest’s best interest and maintaining confidentiality regarding guest information and staff operations.

Beyond delivering impeccable service, the Concierge is responsible for maintaining the pristine appearance and safety of the work environment while embodying the Wynn culture and standards of excellence. This role involves a comprehensive understanding of all resort amenities, hotel features, operational hours, and special local events, requiring the Concierge to be knowledgeable about Las Vegas’s entertainment, dining, and shopping scenes. Additionally, this position demands exceptional interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and tactful communication to effectively resolve guest issues and enhance overall satisfaction. Employees in this role should demonstrate a positive, solution-oriented attitude and be willing to adapt their schedules to meet business demands, including working varied shifts. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum two years as a concierge at a luxury resort or residential property preferred
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to work all shifts
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Ability to remain calm and handle high-pressure situations
  • Discretion with guest and staff confidentiality
  • Efficient team player
  • Positive attitude and resourcefulness
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Prior knowledge of concierge and hotel systems preferred
  • In-depth knowledge of Wynn/Encore and Las Vegas area
  • Willingness to network with local vendors and establishments

Job Qualifications

  • Two years prior experience as a concierge at a luxury resort or residential property preferred
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

  • Ability to work efficiently in a team

  • Fluency in English, additional languages a plus
  • Knowledge of Go Concierge, Guestbridge, HotSOS, Market Metrix, Opera and Open Tee preferred
  • In-depth knowledge of Wynn/Encore services and Las Vegas area
  • Networking skills with local establishments
  • Preferred membership in Les Clefs d'Or and Southern Nevada Hotel Concierge Association
  • Notary Public in Nevada preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent education
  • Must be 21 years or older
