The organization upholds core values encapsulated in the acronym HEART: Hospitality, Excellence, Appreciation, Respect, and Teamwork. These values guide every interaction and initiative within the community, ensuring that residents, families, and team members are treated with dignity and kindness.
Addison of Park Crescent is currently seeking a friendly, outgoing, and efficient individual for a key community-facing role. As a member of the team serving residents, guests, and vendors, the successful candidate will act as the first point of contact at the community’s front desk. This position is critical in representing the community’s mission and provides an excellent opportunity for candidates who wish to contribute to a supportive and dynamic environment with a focus on exceptional customer service. The role entails greeting residents warmly and providing helpful assistance to visitors, prospective residents, and their families, making sure that everyone who enters the community feels welcomed and valued.
In this versatile role, candidates will manage a variety of responsibilities including answering phone calls, sending emails, and communicating directly with residents to coordinate information and requests. They will handle work requests efficiently and offer clear directions within the community. The individual will be responsible for receiving and managing packages, either delivering them or holding them as requested by residents or staff members. This part-time position demands a high level of organization and the ability to multitask effectively, supporting multiple departments with administrative duties as needed.
Moreover, the role emphasizes delivering timely responses to resident, family, and employee concerns, striving to maintain high customer satisfaction standards. Maintaining a professional and positive demeanor is vital, as the position requires ongoing interaction with various stakeholders, including community members and team colleagues. Addison of Park Crescent values teamwork and expects candidates to collaborate effectively while also demonstrating independence by making sound decisions when situations require prompt action.
This role offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $16.00 to $18.00, with working hours primarily during evenings and weekends. The position offers candidates the chance to gain valuable experience in the senior living industry, enhancing both communication and administrative skills in a friendly and supportive work environment. Senior Lifestyle also provides a comprehensive benefits plan to eligible team members, including health, dental, vision, retirement benefits, short-term and long-term disability coverage, and paid time off. Employees also have access to DailyPay, an innovative application allowing early access to earned but unpaid wages. Senior Lifestyle requires all employees to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination unless there is a qualifying exemption. This ensures a safe environment for all members of the community.
Overall, this role is ideal for compassionate, detail-oriented individuals dedicated to enhancing the lives of others through excellent service and teamwork. Addison of Park Crescent and Senior Lifestyle are committed to fostering an inclusive, respectful, and supportive workplace where every team member has the opportunity to thrive while positively impacting the lives of seniors.
