Job Description

Northampton Post Acute and Healthcare Center is a distinguished 180-bed Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care facility committed to delivering compassionate and quality care to its residents. As a Concierge at Northampton Post Acute, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth functioning and welcoming atmosphere of the facility. This is a full-time position with working hours from 10 AM to 6 PM and offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $18 to $25, inclusive of all compensation. The Concierge acts as the first point of contact for residents, staff, visitors, and vendors, providing courteous and professional communication and assistance. Key responsibilities include answering and transferring incoming calls, offering guidance and information to various individuals within and outside the organization, greeting potential residents and guests, and performing clerical duties as assigned. This position requires a dedicated professional with a strong customer service orientation and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.

The role demands excellent verbal and written communication skills, exceptional phone etiquette, and the ability to interact with people of different personalities and temperaments. Experience in healthcare settings and previous customer service roles are essential for success in this position. Additionally, possessing a current and active CNA license in Pennsylvania is strongly preferred. The Concierge is expected to take initiative in resolving immediate issues and contribute positively to the overall environment by exemplifying professionalism, courtesy, and responsiveness.
