The Concession Worker role at Aramark involves a dynamic and customer-focused position within a concession or food service setting. The position requires actively engaging with guests by greeting them and taking their orders for food and beverage products. The worker is responsible for preparing simple foods and beverages according to company recipes and portion standards, ensuring that all food served meets the highest quality and freshness standards. The role also entails handling payments and making change, maintaining a clean and sanitized work area in compliance with food safety regulations, and memorizing product menus to provide accurate information to guests.

Concession Workers are expected to assist in the cleaning and breakdown of concession or kitchen areas at the end of events, demonstrate excellent attendance, and safely operate commercial kitchen equipment such as grills, deep fryers, and ovens. The position involves working in a fast-paced environment where multitasking and teamwork are essential. The worker must also manage the timely delivery and restocking of products using proper rotation techniques to ensure guest satisfaction. Additional duties may be assigned by supervisors or managers as needed.

Job Requirements

  • minimum 1 year experience in the food service industry
  • ability to lift up to 50 lbs and frequently lift, push, pull, or carry up to 30 lbs
  • ability to walk or stand for extended time periods up to 6-8 hours
  • must be able to safely operate all kitchen equipment
  • must be able to read and follow recipes
  • must be able to follow written and verbal directions

Job Duties
