Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- basic math skills for handling cash and making changes
- ability to work well in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- must be punctual, dependable, and hardworking
- must be able to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- current Kentucky Food Handlers Card preferred
- ability to follow directions and adhere to company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- previous experience in customer service or food service is preferred
- basic math skills for handling cash and making changes
- ability to work well in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- must be punctual, dependable, and hardworking
- ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- must be able to multitask and remain calm under pressure, especially during busy periods and loud environments
- current Kentucky Food Handlers Card preferred
- ability to follow directions and adhere to company policies and procedures
Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly and always provide exceptional customer service
- take and prepare food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- deliver orders to guests in a timely and courteous manner
- operate the Toast POS system to process payments, coupons, and vouchers
- check identification for age-restricted items in compliance with legal requirements
- maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work environment in all concession areas
- perform basic maintenance and cleaning of equipment such as counters, coolers, ovens, and other food prep areas
- follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper handwashing and hygiene practices
- set up and close concession stands before and after events according to LSC standards and procedures
- monitor inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and report shortages to management
- promote concession products and upsell items to enhance the guest experience
- handle customer complaints professionally and ensure customer satisfaction
- maintain good personal hygiene and adhere to uniform standards while on duty
- demonstrate a strong knowledge of the menu and be able to answer guest questions about products
- work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations during events
