Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Greet customers warmly and always provide exceptional customer service
take and prepare food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
deliver orders to guests in a timely and courteous manner
operate the Toast POS system to process payments, coupons, and vouchers
check identification for age-restricted items in compliance with legal requirements
maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work environment in all concession areas
perform basic maintenance and cleaning of equipment such as counters, coolers, ovens, and other food prep areas
follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper handwashing and hygiene practices
set up and close concession stands before and after events according to LSC standards and procedures
monitor inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and report shortages to management
promote concession products and upsell items to enhance the guest experience
handle customer complaints professionally and ensure customer satisfaction
maintain good personal hygiene and adhere to uniform standards while on duty
demonstrate a strong knowledge of the menu and be able to answer guest questions about products
work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations during events
