Job Requirements

High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferred
prior concessions, food service, or customer service experience preferred
must meet minimum age requirements to serve alcohol based on local and state regulations
must maintain a valid TIPS, TEAM, or equivalent alcohol-service certification
comply with all state-specific alcohol training requirements
food handler certification may be required based on state or local regulations

Job Duties

Prepare, assemble, and serve concession food and beverage items according to established recipes, portion standards, and concessions procedures
assist with opening and closing concession locations, including setup, breakdown, and cleanup
operate basic food service equipment such as warmers, grills, fryers, or beverage dispensers as assigned
frequently lift and move up to 35 pounds and occasionally lift and move up to 40 pounds
attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
maintain cleanliness and sanitation of concession areas
perform other duties as assigned depending on business necessities and client requirements
