The position of Concessions Supervisor at Aramark plays a crucial role in managing the food service operation in various client locations. The role involves overseeing or delegating tasks related to inventory management, customer service, food preparation, and ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. The supervisor is responsible for scheduling and assigning daily work tasks to food service teams as well as supervising the execution of these duties to maintain operational efficiency. This includes training staff on job responsibilities, proper sanitation procedures, and customer service excellence. The role requires hands-on involvement with food preparation according to standardized recipes, proper storage of food items in line with safety policies, and setting up as well as cleaning work stations like prep tables and steam tables.

Job Requirements
- Previous food service experience required
- Ability to acquire food safety certification
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Must be able to perform physical demands including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing
- Willingness to wear uniforms and use personal protective equipment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
Job Qualifications
- Previous supervisory experience in a related role preferred
- Previous food service experience required
- Must be able to acquire food safety certification

Job Duties
- Schedules and assigns daily work assignments to a food service team and supervises the completion of tasks
- Trains and guides staff on job duties, proper food safety and sanitation procedures, customer service, etc.
- Prepares and builds food items according to standardized recipes and directions
- Properly stores food by adhering to food safety policies and procedures
- Sets up work stations including prep tables, service counters, hot wells, steam tables, etc.
- Breaks down, cleans, and sanitizes work stations
- Serves food to customers while ensuring guest satisfaction and anticipating the customers? needs
- Replenishes food items and ensure product is stocked to appropriate levels
- Maintains excellent customer service and positive demeanor towards guest, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.
- Adheres to Aramark safety policies and procedures including accurate food safety and sanitation
- Ensures security of company assets
