The Concessions Supervisor will be responsible for supporting all concessions, vending, portable, and in-seat service operations under the Legends Hospitality division. This role is a frontline position that requires strong leadership to manage and oversee event day staff, ensuring superior customer interaction and service delivery. The supervisor will play a key role in coordinating and maintaining food and beverage inventory in high-volume settings, demonstrating strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. A critical part of this role involves training and counseling event staff, promoting a team-oriented environment that values efficiency, service standards, and compliance with health and safety regulations.

Furthermore, the Concessions Supervisor will be responsible for enforcing corporate procedures related to the responsible service of alcoholic beverages, maintaining sanitation and product quality standards, and conducting physical audits and reconciliations of inventory and products. This position demands an individual capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor. They must be able to work flexibly, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours to meet the operational demands of various venue events. Physical stamina is essential, as the role requires the ability to work outdoors in all climate conditions and perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.
