Within this vibrant and forward-thinking agency, the role of Concessions Supervisor is pivotal. The Concessions Supervisor will be responsible for supporting all concessions, vending, portable, and in-seat service operations under the Legends Hospitality division. This role is a frontline position that requires strong leadership to manage and oversee event day staff, ensuring superior customer interaction and service delivery. The supervisor will play a key role in coordinating and maintaining food and beverage inventory in high-volume settings, demonstrating strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. Furthermore, the Concessions Supervisor will be responsible for enforcing corporate procedures related to the responsible service of alcoholic beverages, maintaining sanitation and product quality standards, and conducting physical audits and reconciliations of inventory and products. This position demands an individual capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor. They must be able to work flexibly, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours to meet the operational demands of various venue events. Physical stamina is essential, as the role requires the ability to work outdoors in all climate conditions and perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in concessions or food service preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Must meet all local health and safety regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, team-oriented environments
- Must be physically fit to perform job duties
- Fluency in English
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Strong attention to detail and extremely organized with elevated time management and prioritizing skills
- Must meet state and city health requirements for food handling and alcoholic beverage service
- Ability to multi task in a fast paced, team orientated setting
- Must be able to work fluently in English
- Ability to work in an open aired environment during all climate conditions
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds up and down stairs/ramps
- Ability to work all Venue events, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time
Job Duties
- Assist in training and counseling of event staff
- Directly manage event day staff while having direct interaction with customers
- Maintain and control high volume food and beverage inventory
- Train, educate, and enforce responsible service of alcoholic beverages and evaluate compliance within corporate procedures
- Develop and enforce standards for service, sanitation, and product and food quality
- Ability to interact with co-workers in order to assure compliance with company service standards, inventory
- Conduct physical audit of inventory and product, research and perform reconciliations
