The Concessions Supervisor role is integral to our food and beverage operations, supporting all concessions, vending, portable, and in-seat service activities across various event settings. This position primarily focuses on overseeing event day staff, training and counseling associates, managing inventory, and enforcing standards for responsible alcohol service and food safety. The role demands a strong leader capable of maintaining high-quality service while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. In addition to operational supervision, the Concessions Supervisor ensures compliance with company policies on sanitation, product quality, and safety regulations.

This full-time role requires the ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended event hours, often in open-air venues subject to varying climate conditions. Candidates must possess the physical stamina to perform duties involving lifting up to 50 pounds, frequent reaching, bending, stooping, and moving up and down stairs or ramps. Fluency in English is essential for clear communication with staff and customers. The position also upholds strict adherence to safety standards, requiring reporting of all safety incidents and the promotion of a secure work environment.

Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must meet state and city health requirements for food handling and alcoholic beverage service
  • Ability to multi task in a fast paced, team orientated setting
  • Must be able to work fluently in English
  • Ability to work in an open aired environment during all climate conditions
  • Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds up and down stairs/ramps
  • Ability to work all Venue events, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Assist in training and counseling of event staff
  • Directly manage event day staff while having direct interaction with customers
  • Maintain and control high volume food and beverage inventory
  • Train, educate, and enforce responsible service of alcoholic beverages and evaluate compliance within corporate procedures
  • Develop and enforce standards for service, sanitation, and product and food quality
  • Ability to interact with co-workers in order to assure compliance with company service standards, inventory
  • Conduct physical audit of inventory and product, research and perform reconciliations
