This position is for a seasonal Concessions Supervisor at Progressive Field in Cleveland, Ohio. The Concessions Supervisor will be responsible for leading and motivating a team to provide exceptional guest service in a fast-paced, high-energy sports venue environment. Acting as a key leader on game days and events, the supervisor will assign duties, assist with training, and ensure the team meets service quality standards and operational goals. The role involves resolving guest complaints related to food quality, service, or accommodations with professionalism and urgency, managing labor costs and profit loss, and overseeing proper cash handling and tip documentation. This position demands strong leadership skills, the ability to work well under pressure, and a genuine commitment to enhancing customer satisfaction.

The job offers a competitive hourly wage between $16.50 and $19.00, with a comprehensive benefits package designed to support employees' well-being. Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • experience working in a restaurant required
  • preferred minimum of 2 years' supervisory experience
  • ability to implement rules and direct employees
  • no college degree required
  • ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions constantly
  • ability to occasionally lift stock up to 50 pounds
  • ability to work outdoors or in variable temperatures depending on the season
