It will be the future home of Inter Miami CF and promises to host world-class soccer matches, concerts, and live entertainment events year-round. Delaware North will be at the forefront of concessions and premium food and beverage services at this venue, aiming to deliver innovative culinary experiences that celebrate Miami's vibrant culture while elevating traditional stadium favorites. The company has a legacy of more than 100 years, with a global presence encompassing iconic sports arenas, national parks, casinos, and more, offering a dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth and success in the hospitality industry.

The Concessions Supervisor role is a vital leadership position responsible for guiding team members to provide exceptional guest service during game days and events. The role also involves hands-on tasks such as stocking shelves, counting inventory, and performing cashier duties when necessary. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, have experience in the restaurant industry, and bring at least two years of supervisory experience. The job requires the ability to implement rules, effectively direct employees, and anticipate guest needs to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all patrons.

Delaware North values the personal and professional well-being of its team members, offering a comprehensive benefits package designed to provide comfort, safety, and security. All team members enjoy benefits including weekly pay, training and development opportunities, employee discounts, and flexible work schedules. Eligible employees may also receive health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with company match, paid vacation days and holidays, paid parental bonding leave, employee assistance programs, and tuition or professional certification reimbursement. The position requires physical capabilities such as constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and the ability to lift stock up to 50 pounds occasionally. Moreover, employees may be required to work outdoors or in varying temperatures depending on the season. Work schedules include days, evenings, holidays, weekends, and event nights.

Joining Delaware North at Miami Freedom Park means becoming part of a family-owned company with an inclusive and equal opportunity work environment. The company is committed to diversity, considering applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, sexual orientation, or any other legally protected status.
