This seasonal position offers an hourly pay rate of $21.00 and encompasses various responsibilities including assigning duties to staff, assisting with training, managing labor and profit loss, ensuring proper cash handling, and resolving guest complaints related to food quality and service. The role also involves hands-on tasks such as stocking shelves, counting inventory, and performing cashier duties when necessary. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, have experience in the restaurant industry, and bring at least two years of supervisory experience. The job requires the ability to implement rules, effectively direct employees, and anticipate guest needs to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all patrons.
