The Concessions Supervisor role at Legends Hospitality, a division within Legends Global, focuses on supporting the seamless operation of concessions, vending, portable stands, and in-seat service during events. This position plays a crucial role in managing high-volume food and beverage services, ensuring quality and safety standards are met consistently. The supervisor is responsible for training, counseling, and guiding event staff, maintaining control over inventory, and enforcing responsible service of alcoholic beverages in accordance with corporate policies and local regulations. This role requires hands-on leadership on event days, including direct interaction with customers to guarantee exceptional service. Candidates must embrace working in dynamic, fast-paced environments while demonstrating the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.

The position offers competitive hourly pay ranging from $18 to $26, reflective of experience and skill level, and requires flexibility to work extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays, accommodating the schedule of various venue events. The Concessions Supervisor must be physically capable of managing various tasks, such as lifting up to 50 pounds and performing repetitive motions needed for food service operations. Safety and compliance are paramount in this role; the supervisor is expected to embody safe work practices, complete all safety training programs, and support their team in maintaining a hazard-free environment.

Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must meet state and city health requirements for food handling and alcoholic beverage service
  • Ability to work all Venue events, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Must be able to work fluently in English
  • Ability to multi task in a fast paced, team orientated setting
  • Ability to work in an open aired environment during all climate conditions

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Strong attention to detail and extremely organized with elevated time management and prioritizing skills
  • Must meet state and city health requirements for food handling and alcoholic beverage service
  • Ability to multi task in a fast paced, team orientated setting
  • Must be able to work fluently in English
  • Ability to work in an open aired environment during all climate conditions
  • Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds up and down stairs/ramps
  • Ability to work all Venue events, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time

Job Duties

  • Assist in training and counseling of event staff
  • Directly manage event day staff while having direct interaction with customers
  • Maintain and control high volume food and beverage inventory
  • Train, educate, and enforce responsible service of alcoholic beverages and evaluate compliance within corporate procedures
  • Develop and enforce standards for service, sanitation, and product and food quality
  • Ability to interact with co-workers in order to assure compliance with company service standards, inventory
  • Conduct physical audit of inventory and product, research and perform reconciliations
