The position of Concessions Supervisor at Aramark involves overseeing and managing key elements of the food service operation within various locations. This role includes delegating and supervising responsibilities related to inventory management, customer service, food preparation, and adherence to food safety and sanitation procedures. Specific tasks vary according to client requirements and business needs at each Aramark site. The Concessions Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring smooth daily operations by scheduling work assignments and maintaining excellent customer service standards. They train and guide team members on job responsibilities, food safety, sanitation, and customer interaction to uphold the company’s standards.

In this supervisory role, individuals are expected to prepare and build food items according to standardized recipes, properly store food to comply with safety guidelines, and set up workstations such as prep tables and service counters. Supervisors also oversee the cleaning and sanitization of these areas. Customer satisfaction is a top priority, and the supervisor ensures food is served promptly while anticipating guest needs. Job Duties

  • Schedules and assigns daily work assignments to a food service team and supervises the completion of tasks
  • trains and guides staff on job duties, proper food safety and sanitation procedures, customer service, etc.
  • prepares and builds food items according to standardized recipes and directions
  • properly stores food by adhering to food safety policies and procedures
  • sets up work stations including prep tables, service counters, hot wells, steam tables, etc.
  • breaks down, cleans, and sanitizes work stations
  • serves food to customers while ensuring guest satisfaction and anticipating the customers' needs
  • replenishes food items and ensure product is stocked to appropriate levels
  • maintains excellent customer service and positive demeanor towards guest, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.
  • adheres to Aramark safety policies and procedures including accurate food safety and sanitation
  • ensures security of company assets
