Job Requirements
- minimum age of 18
- compliance with state and city health regulations
- physical ability to lift and carry 50 pounds
- availability for flexible scheduling including nights and weekends
- proficiency in English
- ability to safely perform repetitive physical tasks
- adherence to company safety policies
- completion of all required safety training
- prompt reporting of any workplace injuries or incidents
Job Qualifications
- must be at least 18 years of age
- strong attention to detail and highly organized
- meets state and city health requirements for food handling and alcoholic beverage service
- able to multitask in a fast-paced team environment
- fluent in English
- able to work outdoors in all climate conditions
- able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- available to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
- sufficient mobility to perform production tasks including reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods
Job Duties
- support all concessions, vending, portable, and in-seat service operations
- assist in training and counseling event staff
- directly manage event day staff while interacting with customers
- maintain and control high volume food and beverage inventory
- train, educate, and enforce responsible alcoholic beverage service
- develop and enforce standards for service, sanitation, and food quality
- conduct physical audits of inventory and perform reconciliations
