The company operates a wide variety of businesses around the world, including iconic sports arenas, national parks, casinos, hotels, and retail operations. At American Family Field in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Delaware North manages concessions, premium dining services, suites, all-inclusive areas, and clubs for the Milwaukee Brewers. They also operate J. Leinenkugel's Barrel Yard Brewery, Bar, and Restaurant, known for partnering with local vendors to bring authentic Milwaukee flavors to their food and beverage offerings. The company prides itself on fostering a supportive workplace culture that nurtures personal and professional growth, offering a wide range of career paths with flexible and diverse opportunities.

The company is currently hiring seasonal Concessions Supervisors to join their team at American Family Field. This is an hourly, seasonal role with a salary range from $15.00 to $18.00 per hour. The Concessions Supervisor plays a crucial leadership role in delivering outstanding guest service by managing and guiding the concessions team during game days and events. This position offers an exciting work environment where no two days are the same, as well as an opportunity to be part of the fast-paced atmosphere of a major league baseball stadium.

You will work closely with the Concessions Manager to support staff training and enforce operational standards. The role requires supervising cleaning duties, communicating policy or event changes to the team, and managing pre-event preparations and post-event shutdown procedures to ensure efficient and successful shifts. The Concessions Supervisor must be able to work flexible schedules that include nights, weekends, holidays, and game days.

Physical demands of the job include standing and walking for the entire shift, frequently reaching, twisting, bending, and squatting, as well as occasionally pushing or pulling equipment and stock. The work environment involves outdoor exposure and varying temperatures, which requires adaptability and stamina. Additionally, candidates must be at least 18 years old and able to obtain a Milwaukee Bartending License to fulfill the role’s requirements.

Delaware North values its team members’ well-being and offers a comprehensive benefits package designed to provide comfort, safety, and security. Benefits include weekly pay, training and development opportunities, employee discounts, and flexible work schedules. Eligible team members may also access health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid vacation and holidays, parental bonding leave, employee assistance programs, and tuition or professional certification reimbursement.

Joining Delaware North means becoming part of a global family dedicated to shaping the future of hospitality through exceptional service, career growth, and meaningful work experiences. The company is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion, ensuring every employee is valued and supported. If you are passionate about service and thrive in dynamic, high-energy environments, the Concessions Supervisor position at American Family Field offers an exceptional opportunity to be at the heart of the action while developing your leadership skills and career in hospitality.
