Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum one year of leadership experience
ServSafe Alcohol Certification
Ability to work seasonally from April to September
Availability for event-based scheduling
Basic computer skills for POS operation
Strong interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

Knowledge of concession stand operations
Strong communication skills
Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment
Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
Customer service oriented

Job Duties

Manages the operations of multiple concession stands
Assists team members and maintains a safe environment during operating hours
Greets, directs, and responds to guests questions and needs
Demonstrates knowledge of POS systems and troubleshoots issues
Understands menu offerings, presentation, and pricing
Ensures proper product control and handling of inventory and equipment
Follows cash handling policies and food safety sanitation guidelines
Performs other duties as assigned
