Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D or equivalent
- Three years' experience in food service in a fast-paced environment
- At least two years' supervisory experience
- Current TABC Certification
- Serve Safe food handler's permit
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks
- Exceptional customer service skills

- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and meet production and service time schedules
- Exceptional customer service and leadership skills
- Current TABC Certification and Serve Safe food handler's permit
Job Duties
- Assist Concessions Manager in supervising concession stand leads, concession attendants and concession cashiers before, during and after events
- Ensure food is prepared and served promptly to guests
- Responsible for daily set-up and breakdown of concession locations
- Verify all product counts before, during, and after events
- Perform duties of cashier, runner, and stand worker as needed
- Manage stand personnel professionally and efficiently according to guidelines
