The role of Concessions Partner Supervisor is a seasonal, hourly position paying between $22.00 and $26.00 per hour, designed for individuals passionate about delivering outstanding guest service in a fast-paced, energetic environment. As a Concessions Partner Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and supervising a team of concessions partners, ensuring operational excellence on game days and event days alike. This role includes managing labor and profits, overseeing cash handling and tip records, assisting with inventory management, and stepping in to perform cashier duties when necessary. You will play a critical role in training new team members, resolving guest complaints, and maintaining high standards of food quality and service.

Job Requirements

  • Experience working in a restaurant
  • minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience preferred
  • ability to implement rules and direct employees
  • ability to work in fast-paced environments
  • ability to anticipate and fulfill guest needs
  • must be able to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions constantly
  • ability to lift stock to 50 pounds occasionally
  • willingness to work outdoors or in variable temperatures depending on season

Job Qualifications

  • Experience working in a restaurant
  • minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience preferred
  • must be able to implement rules and direct employees
  • ability to anticipate and fulfill guest needs while thriving in a fast-paced environment
  • no college degree required

Job Duties

  • Assign duties to scheduled team members and assist with training
  • investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations
  • manage labor and profit loss
  • ensure proper cash handling and tip record-keeping for the shift
  • assist guests, stock shelves, count inventory, and perform cashier duties when necessary
