This employment opportunity is for a Concessions Manager position, a salaried role with a competitive compensation range of $65,000 to $75,000 annually. The role involves managing and overseeing dining operations that cater to customers who order prepared foods from customized menus. The Concessions Manager will be instrumental in developing and implementing dining solutions that align with customer needs and preferences, ensuring high-quality service and operational excellence. Financial oversight is a key element of the role, where the manager is responsible for maintaining profit and loss (P&L) statements, meeting financial targets, and leveraging company processes and data analytics to drive improved margins. Productivity is enhanced through efficient operations, cost controls, and profit management, with adherence to Operational Excellence fundamentals such as food and labor initiatives. The manager must ensure their team is well-trained and capable of maintaining production quality and operational control.
Compliance with safety, health, labor, and wage regulations forms an essential part of the manager’s duties, ensuring the workplace remains safe and that all policies are strictly followed. Additional responsibilities include planning and coordinating food service activities to consistently deliver high-quality finished products to customers.
