Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of management or supervisory experience in the food service industry, preferably in a concessions environment
- No college degree required
- Working knowledge of business and accounting procedures

- Experience with inventory distribution and familiarity with POS systems

Job Duties
- Coordinate and supervise the duties of team members, supervisors, and volunteers in the concessions department
- Schedule interviews and hire team members
- conduct training sessions in line with company policies and procedures
- Follow federal, state and local regulations in relation to safety, hygiene, sanitation, alcohol, payroll, employment and EEO
- Ensure cash handling and inventory levels processes are effective
- Prepare sales and operational reports as required
