Job Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of management or supervisory experience in food service
  • strong working knowledge of business and accounting principles
  • familiarity with point of sale systems
  • experience managing inventory and distribution
  • ability to interpret data to guide decisions
  • leadership and team-building skills

Job Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years of management or supervisory experience in food service, ideally in a concessions or high-volume setting
  • strong working knowledge of business and accounting principles
  • familiarity with POS systems and experience managing inventory and distribution
  • proficient in interpreting data and using insights to guide operational decisions
  • proven leadership, initiative, and team-building skills

Job Duties

  • Supervise and support associates, supervisors, and fellow managers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • manage the recruitment, interviewing, and hiring process to build a team aligned with the department’s goals and service standards
  • conduct regular training sessions in line with company policies to maintain a consistent, high-quality guest experience
  • ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to health, safety, sanitation, alcohol service, payroll, employment practices, and EEO requirements
  • provide leadership and oversight to a team that includes union-represented employees, ensuring compliance with collective bargaining agreements and fostering positive labor relations
  • oversee inventory management to ensure accuracy and accountability
  • prepare and share operational and sales reports with senior leadership as needed
