Job Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of management or supervisory experience in food service
- strong working knowledge of business and accounting principles

Job Duties
- Supervise and support associates, supervisors, and fellow managers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- manage the recruitment, interviewing, and hiring process to build a team aligned with the department’s goals and service standards
- conduct regular training sessions in line with company policies to maintain a consistent, high-quality guest experience
- ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to health, safety, sanitation, alcohol service, payroll, employment practices, and EEO requirements
- provide leadership and oversight to a team that includes union-represented employees, ensuring compliance with collective bargaining agreements and fostering positive labor relations
- oversee inventory management to ensure accuracy and accountability
- prepare and share operational and sales reports with senior leadership as needed
