Job Requirements
- Must be able to carry up to 50 lbs
- Standing, walking, and bending for duration of shift
- Ability to occasionally push and pull equipment, mops, and brooms
- Exposure to variable temperatures
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Ability to understand and follow directions
- Capacity to work cooperatively with others
- Previous kitchen or dishwasher experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of sanitation and hygiene standards
- Ability to work flexible shifts including days, evenings, holidays, and weekends
Job Duties
- Clean dishes, glassware, pots, pans, flatware, and kitchen items using hands or dishwasher
- Ensure sanitizer levels on dish machines and pot sinks meet health standards
- Store clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment
- Clean work area, including equipment, floors, walls, and cooking areas
- Keep kitchenware storage organized
- Remove trash from dish room and transport it to dumpster
- Clean and sanitize garbage cans
