Job Requirements

  • must live within or near Raleigh, NC
  • must be punctual, team oriented and have a consistent work ethic
  • ability to work flexible seasonal/part-time schedule based on athletic event demands
  • must adhere to company uniform requirements including non-slip shoes
  • must be physically able to lift up to 40 pounds
  • must be available to work all home football games
  • must pass a background check

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 2+ years producing food in a high-volume environment preferred
  • ServSafe certified or available to receive training
  • firm understanding of all food safety practices including TCS, TILT, temperature logs, and cleaning/sanitizing
  • strong knowledge of food preparation and service with execution of BEOs
  • excellent listening and communication skills
  • ability to work shifts 8-12 hours depending on business needs
  • working knowledge of a variety of cooking equipment
  • able to pass a background check
  • availability to work all home football games

Job Duties

  • uses flat tops, fryers, combi ovens, impinger ovens, and other equipment to produce excellent food according to specifications
  • communicate with BOH and FOH staff to keep food at par levels
  • practice proper food safety procedures while preparing hot and cold foods
  • record the temperature of food items and communicate with the stand supervisor when discarding spoiled items
  • ensure proper cleaning and sanitizing of food contact surfaces
  • count opening and closing inventory and communicate with other team members
  • assist in running food on game-days and organize menu items according to BEOs and event information
  • maintain the highest level of service, safety, and food quality for each event
  • perform other related duties as required
