The Seasonal Line Cook plays a critical role in ensuring the timely and efficient preparation of diverse menu items featured in the ballpark's food service outlets. Responsibilities include following recipes and chef instructions to prepare high-quality dishes, operating kitchen equipment such as deep fryers and flat top grills, and maintaining cleanliness and organization within the kitchen work area.

Job Duties
- Follow the assignments for opening and closing procedures, as well as food production
- Prepare food and beverage products following recipe guidelines, using proper preparation techniques, and sanitation guidelines
- Use deep fryers and flat top grills to cook ballpark favorites like burgers, hot dogs and chicken tenders
- Set up and operate kitchen equipment
- Keep workstation and equipment clean, organized, and sufficiently stocked
