Job Description

Delaware North Sportservice is a well-established hospitality company that operates various concessions, premium dining, and restaurants at the iconic Lambeau Field and Titletown in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Since 2012, Delaware North has been an integral part of the Green Bay Packers' game day and entertainment experience, providing guests with top-notch food and beverage services in an exciting stadium environment. Beyond Lambeau Field, their operations at Titletown include popular destinations like Homefield Pub + Social, which features Topgolf Swing Suites and hosts seasonal outdoor activities such as sledding and ice skating. Delaware North emphasizes being a people-focused company, with a rich legacy of over 100 years as a family-owned business with global operations. This creates a unique opportunity for employees to be part of a large, diverse team that values growth, success, and creating memorable experiences for guests in great places. The company offers a variety of career paths in hospitality sectors including restaurants, hotels, sports venues, casinos, and retail, catering to different interests and employment needs—whether part-time or full-time positions are preferred.

The role of a Bartender at Delaware North Sportservice at Lambeau Field is a seasonal position ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced, energetic environments. This role involves preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages responsibly, ensuring guest safety and adherence to company policies. Bartenders are pivotal in delivering exceptional guest experiences by efficiently handling orders, operating point-of-sale systems, and maintaining bar inventory and cleanliness. Candidates passionate about engaging with patrons while contributing to the dynamic atmosphere of game day events will find this a rewarding position. While the hourly rate is $6.50, this is a tipped position, meaning bartenders have the potential to earn more through gratuities. The company provides comprehensive benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plans with company match, paid vacation and holidays, parental leave, and professional development reimbursements. With flexible work schedules, employee discounts, and weekly pay, Delaware North supports its team members' professional and personal well-being. This role demands physical stamina as the bartender will stand for entire shifts and handle duties requiring walking, bending, reaching, and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds. It also involves working various shifts including days, evenings, holidays, weekends, and event days, offering a vibrant and fulfilling work environment. Delaware North is an equal opportunity employer, committed to diversity and inclusion in its hiring practices, making it an excellent career choice for individuals seeking growth in hospitality within an inspirational and supportive company.
