Job Description

Delaware North Sportservice is a well-established hospitality company renowned for providing exceptional food and beverage services in iconic venues across the United States. Since 2012, Delaware North has been the trusted operator of concessions, premium dining, and restaurants at the Green Bay Packers' Lambeau Field and Titletown in Green Bay, Wisconsin. At Titletown, the company manages Homefield Pub + Social with Topgolf Swing Suites and hosts seasonal outdoor events like sledding and ice skating. Known for its long-standing history as a family-owned business with over 100 years of legacy, Delaware North operates globally and offers diverse career opportunities in various hospitality sectors including sports, gaming, hotels, and retail.

The company emphasizes a people-centered work culture that values each employee as part of a global legacy, providing numerous paths for personal and professional growth. Whether interested in full-time or part-time roles, Delaware North is committed to helping team members achieve their career aspirations while working in vibrant and exciting locations. The organization also fosters an inclusive and equal opportunity environment, welcoming applicants from all backgrounds without discrimination.

This seasonal Bartender position at Lambeau Field offers candidates an exciting opportunity to be part of game day action in one of America's most iconic sports venues. The role is designed for individuals who thrive in fast-paced, high-energy environments and enjoy engaging with guests. As a Bartender, your primary responsibility will be to serve both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages responsibly, ensuring an exceptional guest experience at all times. This includes mixing drinks according to company recipes, handling cash and credit transactions accurately, and maintaining proper inventory levels behind the bar.

The role is a tipped position, offering a base hourly rate of $6.50, which does not include potential earnings from tips. While no formal education like a high school diploma or GED is required, candidates should bring a minimum of two years of front-of-house experience in high-volume bars or restaurants, strong cash handling skills, and familiarity with computerized point of sale systems.

Physical demands for this role are considerable, requiring constant standing, walking, bending, and reaching; the ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds; and the resilience to work in noisy environments during busy game days or events. Flexibility in work schedules and a passion for delivering excellent customer service are essential qualities for success in this role.

Delaware North also values the well-being of its team members by providing a comprehensive benefits package, including weekly pay, training and development opportunities, employee discounts, and flexible scheduling options. Joining Delaware North means becoming part of a large network of hospitality professionals dedicated to delivering outstanding experiences in great places while advancing your career in a supportive and dynamic environment.
