Job Requirements

Must be twenty-one years of age or older
must have at least two years of high volume cocktail service experience
must be able to obtain all required regulatory licenses
must successfully pass background check
must successfully pass alcohol and drug screening
must be willing to work weekends, Friday and Saturday nights, and holidays
must have strong interpersonal and communication skills
ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment
ability to handle cash and operate a cashier machine
knowledge of state and federal alcohol laws

Job Qualifications

Some experience to effectively perform the position duties with at least two years high volume cocktail service experience
must be able to obtain all regulatory licenses required
must successfully pass background check
must successfully pass alcohol and drug screening
must be twenty-one years of age or older
must be willing to work weekends, Friday and Saturday nights, and holidays if needed

Job Duties

Delivers superior internal and external guest service including the Six Core Service Standards
provides beverage service to guests while ensuring excellent customer relations
acts as cashier for guests and servers of the assigned outlet
pours and mixes drinks according to established recipes
maintains a clean and safe work environment
complies with all state and federal laws regarding alcohol service
opens and closes the outlet according to established procedures
inspects all areas of responsibility for safety and maintenance needs
monitors and maintains supplies needed for operation and cleaning
demonstrates specific product offerings and ordering procedures
makes change and operates cashier machine
notifies management of any suspicious or unusual activity
attends and participates in professional group meetings
performs related duties as required
