Job Description
Trail Drive Management Corp (TDMC) is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to managing the renowned Dickies Arena located in Fort Worth, Texas. The Dickies Arena is a modern, 14,000-seat multipurpose venue that opened its doors in November 2019. Owned by the City of Fort Worth, it sits adjacent to the historic Will Rogers Memorial Center campus and serves as a hub for a diverse range of events - including concerts, sporting events, family entertainment, and the celebrated Fort Worth Stock Show rodeo performances. The arena's state-of-the-art facilities and strategic location make it a premier destination for attendees seeking an exceptional event experience. TDMC’s mission focuses on delivering high-quality event management and fostering community engagement through the dynamic programming hosted in the arena. Their commitment to operational excellence and guest satisfaction underpins all activities at the venue.
The part-time Concessions Barback position at Trail Drive Management Corp offers an exciting opportunity to join a team that values efficiency, customer service, and teamwork within a vibrant event setting. This role plays a crucial support function in the smooth operation of the concessions bar during various events at Dickies Arena. Responsibilities primarily include replenishing bar supplies, assisting with drink preparation, and maintaining cleanliness and organization at the bar service stations. The Concessions Barback works closely with team members and management to ensure that all aspects of bar service meet company standards and adhere to health and safety regulations.
Ideal candidates will have experience in hospitality or food service, preferably in fast-paced environments, and exhibit strong attention to detail coupled with the ability to work flexibly during nights, weekends, and holidays. This position demands physical stamina to handle tasks that involve lifting up to 50 lbs, extensive standing and walking, and working in conditions that can vary with respect to temperature, noise, and lighting. At TDMC, the Concessions Barback contributes directly to guest satisfaction by ensuring product availability, cleanliness, proper inventory control, and compliance with responsible alcohol service policies.
This role is essential not only for supporting the bar team but also for enhancing the overall guest experience at Dickies Arena events. The part-time nature of the job allows for flexibility that suits a variety of schedules while providing meaningful engagement in a fast-moving and rewarding environment. Employees are supported with reasonable accommodations to perform their duties, and TDMC promotes an inclusive workplace that values diversity and equal opportunity for all applicants.
